Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the services and systems operated by Naor Aharoni — Automation & CRM (the “Operator”) for its clients (including “Hila Bartov CRM”). Using a system constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. The service

We build and operate client-management (CRM) systems and automations for the business client’s internal use. The Operator may update, add, or remove features from time to time.

2. Accounts and access

Access is for authorized users only. Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity under their account.

3. Connecting a Google account

Connecting a Google account is voluntary and consent-based, and can be revoked anytime (see the Privacy Policy). Use of Google data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the system unlawfully, harm it, bypass security mechanisms, or access data you are not authorized to access.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the system, its code, and design belong to the Operator. Data entered by the business client remains the client’s property.

6. Third-party services

The system relies on third-party services (such as Google, Meta/WhatsApp, and Cloudflare). Their availability and terms are outside the Operator’s control.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The system is provided “AS-IS”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data arising from use.

8. Termination

Either party may discontinue use/service. Upon termination, access ends; data deletion is handled per the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent Israeli courts.

10. Changes

The Operator may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
